- Runners must either have at least one (1) full marathon (42k) or longer distance race (road or trail) within one (1) year before the race day (actual race or training LSD will be considered). The result must be verifiable thru the internet or any application tracker.
- Must be eighteen (18) years old and above. A parent's consent is required if below 18 yrs old.

RACE GUIDELINES/ RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. This is a 50 MILES, 50KM Road Ultramarathon (Solo and 2-Man Relay) race that starts and Finishes at Plaza de Roxas and must be covered by foot only.
2. Runners should run in a single file staying on the left side of the road at all times, facing the incoming traffic.
3. Race bibs must be worn in front of each runner and should always be visible to all race officials.
4. Runners are not allowed to go anywhere near their support vehicle. An outright disqualification to anyone who violates this rule.
5. For all self-support runners, you are allowed to buy your supplies from stores along the route.
6. Runners should wear headlamps and reflectors from 8PM to 6AM.

9. No unregistered pacers allowed.
10. Littering is strictly prohibited. There will be garbage/ trash bags located at the Food/ water stations. Violation of this rule will mean outright disqualification from the race.
11. Baggage counter is available at the starting line.
12. No drop bag stations.
13. Parking area within the vicinity.
14. In case a runner decided not to continue with the race, he/ she must call the RD 09189191416 or inform the nearest aid station or marshal.
14. The Race Director reserves the right to modify the course, rules, and regulations under some circumstances for the safety of all runners.
15. A special reward will be given to those who will report any cheating or violation of rules. The report must be supported by a photo/ video of the actual violation.
16. The Race Director’s decision is final and non-appealable.
SUPPORT CREW / VEHICLE:
1. Support vehicle is not mandatory. But in case a runner/s has one, please submit the vehicle’s Brand/model, Color, and Plate Number at least two (2) days before the race day. Only four (4) wheel vehicles are allowed to support.
2. Support vehicles must be identified by placing the runner’s name/ group at the back and left side of the vehicle.
3. Should leapfrog. They are not allowed to shadow the runners.
4. Should park at the farthest right side of the road only to avoid obstruction to traffic. Please hazard while in parking.
5. Support crews should cross the road to provide assistance to their runner/s. No assistance should be given while the crew is inside the vehicle.
6. While these rules and regulations are post way before the race day, it is the responsibility of the runners to inform their crews about the rules and regulations of the race.
7. Violations of the rules and regulations above will mean outright disqualification of the runner/s.
FOOD/ WATER STATIONS/ CHECKPOINTS:
1. There will be NO CUPS and UTENSILS available at the STATIONS. Please bring your own.
2. In every station/checkpoint, marshals will list the runner’s bib number and time/ SCAN their timing chip according to their sequence of leaving the stations. But it is the responsibility of the runners to ensure they will be listed. This will lead to disqualification if your bib number will not be listed/ scanned.
3. There are surprise checkpoints along the route.
