Racetech is pleased to provide a race registration and related services for race events. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the racetechph.com website. On some pages, you're asked to enter personal information when you register with the site, when registering for a race, or when you create a personal profile page for yourself. The types of personal information collected at these pages may include your name, email address, contact number, birthdate, etc. Your privacy is important to us. Because of this, we prefer to take a minimalistic approach to collecting information from you. We do not save any credit card information on our servers, and we do not sell your information or share it with anyone. Your data is only provided to the sponsoring organization, Race Owner and the Event Director (collectively, the “Event Organization”) for the Races that you register for through Racetechph, and (b) as otherwise expressly described in this Privacy Policy. We also do not send any mass emails and we never share credit card information with the Event Organization
.We use the information you provide about yourself only for the purpose to make the site work as designed. We do not share this information with outside parties, except when a race organizer is using our site to register racers for their event - in that case we share registration information with the organizer of that specific race. We use email addresses to communicate with our users for site-specific reasons only. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
You can access and correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by modifying your own information on "My racer profile" page of our website, or by sending us an email request detailing the error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
