* From 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM on November 11 at the venue ground.

1. Fill out the online registration form by clicking the [REGISTER] tab (powered by RaceTech) & simply follow the instructions.
2. Payment Option

* Take a screenshot of your payment proof and upload in the registration form.
3. Wait for an email confirmation from D.O.C. (Confirmation email may take 24 - 48 hrs due to assessment process, thank you for understanding)

********** RACE DETAILS / WAIVER / DISCLAIMER **********

1. Race Participants Qualifications
* Must be 18 years old & above
* Must have a sound mind
* Must possess a healthy body & free of sickness or any anomaly which may affect running performance, or may cause injury/death
IMPORTANT! PLEASE BRING YOUR ID AND VACCINATION CARD DURING RACE KIT CLAIMING.
NO VACC CARD & ID, NO ENTRY!

Including the above, the following category-specific qualifications will also be applied as below:
* 100KM participants must have run at least 50km within 5 months prior to race day (be it road or trail
[the record must be verifiable via the internet or any running app]
* There will be no specific qualifications for the 42km & 21km categories but the participants are ENCOURAGED to train prior to the event.

2. The event organizer, The Dynamic Outdoors Club (aka DOC), has the right to postpone/reschedule the event due to any fortuitous/unforesen or any event which may cause risk/hazard to participants/event crew/community's health & safety in accordance with the regulations of LGU, IATF, or any related government bodies.

3. The D.O.C., will not be held liable for loss of personal belongings. Participants are encouraged to be vigilant with regard to the safety of their belongings.

4. Medics or first aid officers will be present throughout the racecourse however, DOC shall not be liable for death, or any injury sustained prior/during/after the event. Participants must take cautions, heed signs, abide by the race rules, comply with the race officers & marshalls to avoid any incident/accident which may lead to injury/death.

5. Any form of cheating or dishonesty (ex, course deviations, commuting whilst racing, etc) WILL NOT BE TOLERATED & will cause immediate disqualification from the race if proven guilty beyond reasonable doubts by any race officers or marshalls in the vicinity.

6. EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US MUST AND WILL OBSERVE THE CLEANLINESS AND MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF SIBUYAN ISLAND AND ITS COMMUNITIES.
Dispose trash to designated bins.
Avoid spitting anywhere. (use tissue paper and dispose it in the trash bins)
Leave no trace (Yes, it's also applied here!)
Be respectful of the locals and of one another.
PRACTICE SPORTSMANSHIP AND GOOD ATTITUDE AT ALL TIMES, AND ABOVE ALL --- LET THE LOVE FLOW.

6. DOC, shall have the right to impose a separate set of rules/regulations prior to or during the race (dependent, but not limited to the following factors: weather, course conditions, etc)

7. Participants will not hold the event organizer, or any of its members, liable for any issue which may arise as a result of noncompliant to this Waiver/Disclaimer. However, any related incident/claims/dispute can be reported to the DOC technical director or race crew managers (whose names appear below) and rest assured that it will be addressed accordingly and as much as possible, timely.

8. For any race technicality dispute, a report must be submitted to the Technical Director or the Race Crew Managers within 24 hours after the race. The mentioned DOC officers will assess and notify you within 24 hours after submission of report. They will be in touch with the claimant until the dispute is resolved or an agreement is reached.

9. Non-acceptance of this Waiver/Disclaimer will not allow any participant to proceed with the race registration. Thank you for your cooperation & understanding.
