WAIVER

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

RACING MOTORCYCLE ACTIVITY IS A DANGEROUS SPORT. The undersigned entrant and his/her guardian/representative by signing below acknowledges that he/she is prepared to take chances in this motorcycle racing activity and to assume all the risks involved in its exercises which may results to his/her injury or death or to the injury or death of other competitors and/or the spectators not to exclude damages to the properties of these persons. By signing this agreement, he/she likewise releases and exonerates FIM Asia, NAMSSA, its officials, sponsors, members, USRA, and Inside Racing as organizers and promoters of the event from any liability of negligence and/or damages arising from the aforesaid consequences. It is also understood and agreed that he/she consents and authorizes first aid and ambulance services provided by FIM Asia, NAMSSA, USRA, Inside Racing as organizers and promoters of the event and further hold all parties harmless from the consequences of such aid and/or the negligence thereof. He/she also agrees to conform to abide and comply with all NAMSSA/FIM/Supplementary Regulations, rules governing this competition and to accept the finality of FIM Asia & NAMSSA’s decisions over disputes and/or protest. Final decisions and incidents during the occurrence of this event arrived upon by the FIM Asia & NAMSSA board shall not be to appeal in the ordinary courts or to recourse thru legal actions. The persistence of parties to contest FIM Asia & NAMSSA decisions in the private courts is forbidden & may be ground for their exclusion of from future FIM Asia & NAMSSA events. FIM Asia & NAMSSA, nevertheless, provides competitions with an appeal system founded on current FIM/NAMSSA regulations to settle motorcycle sports controversies/disputes. Appeals, however should be made within the period set by FIM Asia & NAMSSA. If the entrant is below 18 years old, this third party release waiver must be signed/executed by his/her parent’s or legal guardian. NAMSSA all reserves the commercial rights to its sanctioned events and may use its members for publicity/promotions purposes and instruct them to include NAMSSA in their publicity and promotional releases for the event without due compensation in promotions of the sports. NAMSSA has the right to reclassify the riders according their ranking history.
