PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By completing this registration, the participant (“Registrant”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set by Ayala Malls The 30th (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing participation in Neighborhood Run 2025 (the “Event”).

I. Eligibility

1. The Event is open to all individuals who are physically fit and medically cleared to participate.
   
   

2. Participants below 18 years old must obtain parental or guardian consent and submit a duly signed waiver form.
   
   

3. For the 1KM Pet Run, only dogs are permitted, and each participating pet must be accompanied by its owner. Owners must also ensure their pets are healthy and fully vaccinated.
   
   

4. By registering, the participant affirms that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
   
   

II. Registration and Application

1. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   

2. Once submitted, registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of participation status or cancellation.
   
   

3. Category changes and shirt size adjustments will not be allowed after registration has been completed.
   
   

4. The Organizer reserves the right to deny or revoke any registration that contains false or misleading information.
   
   

5. The Organizer may modify, postpone, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, safety concerns, or government restrictions).
   
   

III. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering, the Registrant provides consent for Ayala Malls The 30th, its sponsors, and authorized partners to collect, process, store, and use the Registrant’s personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Personal data may include, but is not limited to:

• Name, contact number, email address, age, and emergency contact details.
  
  

• Health or medical information voluntarily provided by the participant.
  
  

• Photographs, videos, and event-related media content.
  
  

Such data will be used exclusively for purposes related to event management, safety, coordination, and communication. The Organizer ensures all collected data is stored securely and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

IV. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

1. The Registrant acknowledges that participation in a fun run involves physical activity and potential risk, including but not limited to:
   
   

• Slips, trips, and falls
  
  

• Collisions with participants or objects
  
  

• Adverse weather conditions
  
  

• Fatigue, dehydration, or heat exhaustion
  
  

2. The Registrant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Event.
   
   

3. The Registrant hereby waives, releases, and forever discharges Ayala Malls The 30th, its management, employees, partners, sponsors, suppliers, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise in connection with participation in the Event.
   
   

4. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or death resulting from the Registrant’s participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
   
   

5. The Registrant agrees to comply with all instructions and safety measures prescribed by the Organizer.
   
   

V. Declaration of Fitness

1. The Registrant declares that they are physically fit and medically capable of participating in the Event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
   
   

2. If at any point the Registrant feels unwell or unsafe to continue, they agree to voluntarily withdraw from the Event.
   
   

3. The Registrant understands that participation is entirely voluntary and acknowledges personal responsibility for their own health and safety.

VI. Pet Run Participation (For 1KM Pet Run Registrants)

1. The pet owner affirms that their dog is healthy, well-behaved, and fully vaccinated.
   
   

2. Proof of vaccination (actual card or photocopy) must be presented upon request.
   
   

3. Dogs in heat or with aggressive behavior are not allowed.
   
   

4. Owners must ensure their pet is on leash at all times and must clean up after them.
   
   

5. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any dog deemed unfit, unsafe, or disruptive.
   
   

6. The Organizer is not liable for loss, injury, or death of any pet, nor for damages caused by pets to other participants, property, or other animals.
   
   

VII. Media and Publicity Consent

The Registrant grants the Organizer permission to use their name, likeness, photographs, videos, and any recorded materials taken during the Event for documentation, advertising, and promotional purposes. No additional compensation or notification shall be required for such use.

VIII. Code of Conduct and Sportsmanship

1. Registrants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
   
   

2. Disrespectful, offensive, or unsafe behavior toward organizers, staff, or participants may result in disqualification.
   
   

3. Participants must wear the official race bib visibly at all times. Lost or transferred bibs are grounds for disqualification.
   
   

IX. Event Modifications and Force Majeure

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change event details, including schedules, routes, and safety procedures, as necessary.
   
   

2. In the event of cancellation due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events, participants understand that fees are non-refundable.
   
   

3. The Organizer will not be held liable for delays, accidents, or disruptions beyond its control.
   
   

X. Acceptance and Agreement

By submitting this registration, I confirm that:

1. I have read and understood all the terms and conditions contained in this Waiver of Acceptance and Liability.
   
   

2. I fully accept all risks and responsibilities associated with participating in the Neighborhood Run 2025.
   
   

3. I voluntarily release and hold harmless Ayala Malls The 30th, its management, sponsors, partners, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation.
   
   

4. I understand that this agreement is legally binding and serves the same purpose as a signed physical waiver.
   
   

DATA PRIVACY CONSENT

By registering, I agree to the collection and processing of my personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and authorize the Organizer to communicate with me for matters related to the event.
